太平经(23)

◎兴衰由人诀第一百一

“今天师幸都(dou)为(wei)愚生言,愿问赐(ci)饥者以(yi)食,寒者以(yi)衣(yi)意。”“然,夫饥者思(si)食,寒者思(si)衣(yi),得此,心结念其(qi)帝王矣(yi),至老(lao)不(bu)忘也。思(si)自效(xiao)尽力,不(bu)敢有(you)(you)二心也。恩爱洽著(zhu)民间,如有(you)(you)所得奇异殊方善(shan)道文,不(bu)敢匿也,悉(xi)思(si)付归(gui)其(qi)君,使其(qi)老(lao)寿(shou)。是故当以(yi)此赐(ci)之(zhi)也,此名为(wei)周穷救急。夫贤者好文,饥者好食,寒者好衣(yi),为(wei)人君赐(ci)其(qi)臣(chen)子,务当各得其(qi)所欲,则天下(xia)厌服(fu)矣(yi)。”“善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)!”

“是以天性:上道德(de)而(er)下刑罚(fa)。故东方(fang)(fang)为(wei)道,南方(fang)(fang)为(wei)德(de)。道者主(zhu)生(sheng),故物悉(xi)生(sheng)于东方(fang)(fang);德(de)者主(zhu)养,故物悉(xi)养于南方(fang)(fang)。天之(zhi)格法,凡(fan)物悉(xi)归道德(de),故万物都出生(sheng)东南而(er)上行也,天地(di)四方(fang)(fang)六阳气,俱与生(sheng)物于辰(chen)巳(si)也。子知之(zhi)耶?”“唯唯。”

“天(tian)之(zhi)法下(xia)刑(xing),故(gu)西(xi)、北(bei),少阴、太阴,为刑(xing)祸。刑(xing)祸者(zhe),主伤主杀(sha),故(gu)物(wu)伤老衰于(yu)(yu)西(xi),而死于(yu)(yu)北(bei)。天(tian)气战斗。六阴无阳(yang),物(wu)皆伏藏于(yu)(yu)内穴中,畏刑(xing)兴祸,不敢出(chu)见。天(tian)道(dao)恶(e)之(zhi)下(xia)之(zhi),故(gu)其畜生(sheng),悉食恶(e)弃也。是(shi)故(gu)古者(zhe)圣人睹天(tian)法明(ming)(ming),故(gu)尚(shang)真(zhen)(zhen)道(dao)、善德、奇文而下(xia)武也,是(shi)明(ming)(ming)效也。今刑(xing)祸武,生(sheng)于(yu)(yu)西(xi)、北(bei)而尚(shang)之(zhi),名(ming)为以阴乘阳(yang),以贱(jian)乘贵。多出(chu)战斗,令民臣不忠,无益王治,其政难乎(hu)!真(zhen)(zhen)人宁知之(zhi)耶?”“唯唯。”

“子(zi)可谓(wei)以(yi)觉矣。是(shi)故古者圣贤,常(chang)尚道(dao)德文(wen),常(chang)投(tou)于(yu)上善(shan)(shan)处,而兵革(ge)战备投(tou)于(yu)下处。一人独居(ju),则投(tou)文(wen)于(yu)床(chuang)上,而兵居(ju)床(chuang)下,如是(shi)则夷狄自降,盗贼日消灭矣。”“善(shan)(shan)哉(zai)善(shan)(shan)哉(zai)!”“行,子(zi)可谓(wei)已知之矣。六子(zi)详思吾书意,以(yi)付上道(dao)德之君,以(yi)示(shi)众(zhong)贤,吾之言不(bu)负天地(di)贤明也。行去(qu),辞小(xiao)竟也。事(shi)他所疑,乃复来问之。”

“唯唯,今六真人受天(tian)师严教,谨归各(ge)居(ju)闲处,思念天(tian)师言,俱有(you)不解,唯天(tian)师示诀之(zhi)。”“行(xing)言,何等(deng)也?”“今天(tian)乃(nai)自(zi)有(you)四(si)时之(zhi)气(qi),地(di)自(zi)有(you)五行(xing)之(zhi)位(wei),其王(wang)、相、休(xiu)、囚、废(fei)自(zi)有(you)时,今但人兴用(yong)之(zhi)也,安能乃(nai)使(shi)其生气(qi),而王(wang)相更相克贼(zei)乎?”

“咄咄,噫!六子虽(sui)日(ri)学,无益也,反更(geng)大愚,略类无知(zhi)之人(ren)(ren)(ren),何哉?夫天地之为法,万物(wu)兴(xing)(xing)(xing)衰反随人(ren)(ren)(ren)。故凡(fan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)共兴(xing)(xing)(xing)事,所(suo)贵(gui)用其物(wu),悉王(wang)生(sheng)气;人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)休废,悉衰而囚(qiu)。故人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)兴(xing)(xing)(xing)事者,即成人(ren)(ren)(ren)君长(zhang)师(shi)也;人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)争用物(wu),悉贵(gui)而无平(ping)也;人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)休废物(wu),悉贱而无贾直也。是故天下人(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)兴(xing)(xing)(xing)用者王(wang),自生(sheng)气,不必当须四时五(wu)行气也。故天法,凡(fan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)兴(xing)(xing)(xing)衰,乃万物(wu)兴(xing)(xing)(xing)衰,贵(gui)贱一(yi)由人(ren)(ren)(ren)。

是(shi)故古(gu)者(zhe)圣人(ren),知天(tian)格(ge)法不(bu)可妄犯也,故上古(gu)时(shi)人(ren),深知天(tian)尊(zun)道(dao)、用(yong)(yong)道(dao)、兴(xing)行道(dao),时(shi)道(dao)王(wang)。中古(gu)废不(bu)行,即道(dao)休囚,不(bu)见贵也。中古(gu)兴(xing)用(yong)(yong)德(de),则德(de)王(wang)。下(xia)古(gu)废至德(de),即德(de)复休囚也。故人(ren)兴(xing)用(yong)(yong)文,则文王(wang);兴(xing)用(yong)(yong)武(wu),则武(wu)王(wang),兴(xing)用(yong)(yong)金钱(qian),则金钱(qian)王(wang);兴(xing)用(yong)(yong)财(cai)货,财(cai)货王(wang)。天(tian)下(xia)人(ren)所(suo)兴(xing)用(yong)(yong),悉王(wang),自生(sheng)气。其所(suo)共(gong)废而不(bu)用(yong)(yong)者(zhe),悉由(you)凡(fan)物,何必乃当须天(tian)四(si)时(shi)五行王(wang)乃王(wang)哉(zai)?子学何不(bu)日(ri)昭昭,而反日(ri)益(yi)冥(ming)冥(ming)无知乎?

真(zhen)(zhen)人(ren)(ren)用(yong)(yong)意(yi),尚(shang)如(ru)此,夫俗人(ren)(ren)共(gong)犯天(tian)禁,言其(qi)不(bu)(bu)然,故是也(ye)。今以子(zi)(zi)况(kuang)之(zhi),人(ren)(ren)愚独久(jiu)矣。若真(zhen)(zhen)人(ren)(ren)言中,类吾为天(tian)陈法,为德(de)君解(jie)承负先王流灾(zai),将(jiang)有误人(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)可用(yong)(yong)者(zhe)耶!如(ru)误,何(he)可案用(yong)(yong)乎?六子(zi)(zi)若有疑,欲知吾道大效,知其(qi)真(zhen)(zhen)真(zhen)(zhen)与(yu)不(bu)(bu),令疾上付贤(xian)明道德(de)之(zhi)君,使其(qi)按用(yong)(yong)之(zhi),立与(yu)天(tian)地乃(nai)响相应,是其(qi)人(ren)(ren)明效证验(yan)也(ye)。今真(zhen)(zhen)人(ren)(ren)尚(shang)乃(nai)不(bu)(bu)能深知是,人(ren)(ren)能使物兴衰(shuai)进退;俗人(ren)(ren)比于子(zi)(zi),冥冥与(yu)盲何(he)异哉(zai)?”

“今见天师分别为愚生说之,已解矣。有过不也(ye)。”“夫人(ren)既学也(ye),当务思(si)惟(wei)其(qi)要意,勿(wu)但(dan)习言也(ye)而知(zhi)其(qi)意诀(jue),是天地与道所怨也(ye)。又学者,精之慎之。”“唯唯。”“行去,记(ji)此(ci)天政(zheng)(zheng)事,可以厌猾ビ,勿(wu)使德君失(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)事文也(ye)。”“唯唯。”

◎三(san)五优劣(lie)诀第一百二

“大暗愚(yu)日(ri)有(you)不解,冥冥之生(sheng)稽首再拜,问一(yi)大疑。”“何等也?”“书中比比道天上皇气且下(xia),今讫不知其(qi)为上皇气云何哉(zai)?”

“子(zi)乃知(zhi)深疑此,可(ke)谓(wei)已得道意矣。行明听,为真人(ren)(ren)具陈之。天有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇(huang),地有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇(huang),人(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇(huang);天有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)帝,地有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)帝,人(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)帝;天有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang),地有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang),人(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang);天有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)霸(ba)(ba),地有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)霸(ba)(ba),人(ren)(ren)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)霸(ba)(ba)。”

“何(he)谓也(ye)?”“天有(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇若(ruo)(ruo)三(san)光,地(di)(di)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇若(ruo)(ruo)高(gao)下平(ping),人(ren)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)皇若(ruo)(ruo)君臣民也(ye);天有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)帝若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)星,地(di)(di)有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)帝若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)岳,人(ren)有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)帝若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)行五(wu)(wu)(wu)藏(zang)也(ye);天有(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang)若(ruo)(ruo)三(san)光,地(di)(di)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang)若(ruo)(ruo)高(gao)下平(ping),人(ren)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)王(wang)若(ruo)(ruo)君臣民;天有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)霸(ba)若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)星,地(di)(di)有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)霸(ba)若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)岳,人(ren)有(you)(you)(you)五(wu)(wu)(wu)霸(ba)若(ruo)(ruo)五(wu)(wu)(wu)行五(wu)(wu)(wu)藏(zang)也(ye)。”

“天(tian)师幸哀怜愚生(sheng),加不得已(yi),示以(yi)天(tian)法,愿(yuan)闻其(qi)优(you)(you)劣云何哉(zai)?”“善哉(zai),子(zi)之(zhi)难(nan)问,可(ke)(ke)谓得天(tian)意,乃入天(tian)心,可(ke)(ke)万万世贯结,著不复(fu)去(qu)也。然天(tian)之(zhi)三皇(huang),其(qi)优(you)(you)者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)日(ri),其(qi)中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)月,其(qi)下者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)星也,其(qi)优(you)(you)劣相悬如(ru)此矣。地之(zhi)三皇(huang),其(qi)优(you)(you)者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)五岳,其(qi)中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)平(ping)土(tu),其(qi)下劣者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)下田也,其(qi)优(you)(you)劣相悬如(ru)此矣。人之(zhi)三皇(huang),其(qi)优(you)(you)者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)君,其(qi)中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)臣,其(qi)下者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)民,其(qi)优(you)(you)劣相悬如(ru)此矣。

天有三(san)(san)王谓(wei)三(san)(san)光,五霸为(wei)五岳(yue),与(yu)人(ren)地皆同。天之三(san)(san)皇(huang)(huang),其(qi)优者(zhe)日,中(zhong)者(zhe)月,下(xia)者(zhe)星;地之三(san)(san)皇(huang)(huang),优者(zhe)五岳(yue),中(zhong)者(zhe)平土,下(xia)者(zhe)田野;人(ren)之三(san)(san)皇(huang)(huang),优者(zhe)君,中(zhong)者(zhe)臣,下(xia)者(zhe)民(min)。

天之五(wu)帝,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)日,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)月(yue),有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)星,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye)。地之五(wu)帝,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)五(wu)岳,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)平(ping)土,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)劣(lie)下者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)下田(tian),有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye)。人之五(wu)帝,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)大国,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)大臣,有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)劣(lie)下者(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)(ruo)四(si)(si)分(fen)(fen)民(min),有(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)(san)(san)也(ye)(ye)。

天之(zhi)三(san)王(wang),其(qi)(qi)优(you)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)日,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)月,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)劣(lie)下者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)大(da)星,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。地之(zhi)三(san)王(wang),其(qi)(qi)优(you)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)五岳,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)平土(tu),有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)劣(lie)下者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)下田,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。人之(zhi)三(san)王(wang),其(qi)(qi)优(you)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)大(da)国,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)大(da)臣,有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)劣(lie)下者(zhe)比若四分(fen)(fen)民(min),有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)二(er)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。

天之(zhi)(zhi)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分日,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分月,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分大(da)星,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。地之(zhi)(zhi)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)岳,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分平土,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分下田,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分大(da)国,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分大(da)臣,有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye);其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)比(bi)(bi)(bi)若四(si)分民(min),有(you)(you)(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。此乃天道不远,三五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)各自反也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。故天有(you)(you)(you)(you)三皇五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)帝、三王(wang)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸,地亦自有(you)(you)(you)(you)三皇五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)帝、三王(wang)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸,人(ren)亦自有(you)(you)(you)(you)三皇五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)帝、三王(wang)五(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)霸也(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。”

“其(qi)何一多(duo)也(ye)?愿(yuan)天(tian)师分(fen)(fen)解其(qi)诀意。”“然,夫天(tian)、地、人,本同一元气,分(fen)(fen)为三体,各有(you)自(zi)祖始。故(gu)三皇者(zhe),其(qi)祖头也(ye);五(wu)帝者(zhe),其(qi)中(zhong)兴(xing)之君也(ye);三王者(zhe),其(qi)平平之君也(ye);五(wu)霸者(zhe),是(shi)其(qi)末(mo)穷劣(lie)衰、兴(xing)刑(xing)危乱之气也(ye)。故(gu)到(dao)五(wu)霸,乃四(si)分(fen)(fen)有(you)其(qi)一者(zhe),天(tian)道其(qi)统几绝也(ye)。过(guo)此下者(zhe),微末(mo)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)复相(xiang)(xiang)拘制,比若大弱(ruo)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)制强,柔(rou)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)制刚(gang),少(shao)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)制众。道且(qie)大乱,不(bu)能(neng)(neng)复相(xiang)(xiang)理(li),故(gu)更以上复起。”

“何谓也(ye)?”“然(ran)九皇者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),皆始(shi)萌于(yu)(yu)北(bei),五帝者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)始(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)(yu)东,三王(wang)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)茂(mao)(mao)盛(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)(yu)南(nan),五霸(ba)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)杀成于(yu)(yu)西(xi)也(ye)。天(tian)生(sheng)(sheng)凡物者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),阳气(qi)因元气(qi),从太阴(yin)(yin)合(he)萌生(sheng)(sheng);生(sheng)(sheng)当出达,故茂(mao)(mao)生(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)(yu)东;既(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)当茂(mao)(mao)盛(sheng)(sheng),故盛(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)(yu)南(nan);既(ji)茂(mao)(mao)盛(sheng)(sheng)当成实(shi),故杀成于(yu)(yu)西(xi)。天(tian)地(di)阴(yin)(yin)阳道都周(zhou),夫物不可成实(shi),死而(er)已。根种实(shi)当复更(geng)生(sheng)(sheng),故令阴(yin)(yin)阳俱,并入天(tian)门,合(he)气(qi)于(yu)(yu)乾,更(geng)以上始(shi),此天(tian)地(di)自然(ran)之(zhi)性也(ye)。”

“善哉(zai)善哉(zai)!夫(fu)天(tian)(tian)地人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),何不共(gong)三皇(huang)五(wu)帝、三王五(wu)霸乎(hu)?”“善哉(zai),子(zi)之(zhi)难,得其(qi)意。夫(fu)天(tian)(tian)地人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)分部(bu)为三家,各(ge)异处(chu)。夫(fu)皇(huang)道者,比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)有(you)父(fu)也;帝道,比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)有(you)母(mu)也;王道,比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)有(you)子(zi)也;霸道者,比(bi)(bi)(bi)若(ruo)(ruo)家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)有(you)妇也。今三家各(ge)异处(chu),岂可(ke)共(gong)父(fu)母(mu)子(zi)妇耶?是若(ruo)(ruo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)分为三家,宁(ning)得共(gong)父(fu)母(mu)子(zi)妇乎(hu)?真人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)宁(ning)晓不?”“唯唯。”“慎之(zhi),亦无妄枉难也。天(tian)(tian)道自有(you)格(ge)常法,不可(ke)但以强抵触(chu)之(zhi)也,不敢不行弩(nu)力。”

“唯唯。虽每问(wen)事,犯天(tian)(tian)师(shi)讳,不(bu)问(wen)又无缘(yuan)得(de)(de)知(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi),欲复乞一(yi)言(yan)。”“平行。”“今是(shi)有四十八部(bu)(bu),四十八部(bu)(bu)其(qi)行云何哉?”“善乎详哉!子之(zhi)(zhi)问(wen)事也。此行得(de)(de)天(tian)(tian)心意者(zhe),灾(zai)变不(bu)得(de)(de)起(qi)也;失(shi)天(tian)(tian)要道(dao)者(zhe),灾(zai)变不(bu)绝,故使(shi)前后万万世,更相(xiang)承负(fu)。夫善为君者(zhe),乃能使(shi)灾(zai)咎自伏(fu)消;其(qi)所(suo)失(shi)至(zhi)要自养(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)者(zhe),反使(shi)邪气流(liu)行,周遍天(tian)(tian)下,故生(sheng)是(shi)余灾(zai),反为承负(fu)之(zhi)(zhi)厄会(hui)。”

“何谓也(ye)(ye)?”“然,精(jing)听吾言。”“唯唯。”“天之上(shang)君(jun)(jun)若(ruo)(ruo)日,中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)月(yue),下者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)星也(ye)(ye);地(di)之上(shang)君(jun)(jun)若(ruo)(ruo)五岳,中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)平(ping)土,下者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)下田也(ye)(ye);人之上(shang)君(jun)(jun)若(ruo)(ruo)君(jun)(jun),中者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)臣,下者(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)民也(ye)(ye)。有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)全者(zhe)(zhe),其(qi)人民万物(wu),悉(xi)(xi)无(wu)(wu)病(bing)平(ping)安,无(wu)(wu)为(wei)盗贼欺伪佞者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye),天地(di)无(wu)(wu)灾变,所(suo)谓上(shang)优有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)全者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。其(qi)四(si)分(fen)有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)三者(zhe)(zhe),其(qi)三分(fen)人平(ping)善(shan)忠信,其(qi)一(yi)分(fen)伤死,或为(wei)盗贼,共(gong)为(wei)邪恶(e)变怪,多(duo)少随此四(si)分(fen)一(yi)。其(qi)四(si)分(fen)有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)二者(zhe)(zhe),其(qi)半(ban)(ban)人民万物(wu)有(you)(you)(you)病(bing),为(wei)不(bu)信,半(ban)(ban)人有(you)(you)(you)欺伪之心(xin)(xin),其(qi)天怪变半(ban)(ban)。其(qi)四(si)分(fen)有(you)(you)(you)其(qi)一(yi)者(zhe)(zhe),其(qi)三分(fen)者(zhe)(zhe)悉(xi)(xi)病(bing),无(wu)(wu)实欺为(wei)佞,皆为(wei)盗贼,无(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)相利(li)之心(xin)(xin),一(yi)分(fen)者(zhe)(zhe)为(wei)善(shan)耳。天怪前后(hou)不(bu)绝(jue),不(bu)处(chu)甲处(chu)乙,会不(bu)去(qu)其(qi)部界中也(ye)(ye)。”

“何故(gu)(gu)乎?”“善(shan)哉,子之(zhi)言也(ye)(ye)(ye)。是令尽(jin)有者(zhe),其(qi)(qi)道(dao)德(de)悉及之(zhi),德(de)所及者(zhe)能制之(zhi),故(gu)(gu)尽(jin)善(shan),万(wan)物都蒙其(qi)(qi)道(dao)德(de),故(gu)(gu)平(ping)平(ping)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。其(qi)(qi)四分(fen)有其(qi)(qi)三者(zhe),其(qi)(qi)道(dao)德(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)及一分(fen),故(gu)(gu)一分(fen)凶也(ye)(ye)(ye)。其(qi)(qi)四分(fen)有其(qi)(qi)二者(zhe),其(qi)(qi)半(ban)道(dao)德(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)及覆(fu)盖,故(gu)(gu)半(ban)凶也(ye)(ye)(ye)。其(qi)(qi)四分(fen)有其(qi)(qi)一者(zhe),德(de)微,财及一分(fen),不(bu)(bu)(bu)及其(qi)(qi)三分(fen),故(gu)(gu)三凶也(ye)(ye)(ye)。是故(gu)(gu)古者(zhe)圣人帝(di)王欲自知优劣,以此占之(zhi),万(wan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)失一也(ye)(ye)(ye)。”

“所不(bu)及(ji),何(he)(he)故病乎?”“道德不(bu)能(neng)及(ji)无,为无君长,万物无长,故乱而多病,奸猾盗贼不(bu)绝也。古者(zhe)(zhe)以此占治,以知(zhi)德厚薄(bo),视其气与何(he)(he)者(zhe)(zhe)相应,以此深知(zhi)治之得失衰盛,明于日月也。”

“善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)!以(yi)何救其失乎?”“善(shan)哉(zai)(zai),今(jin)真(zhen)人以(yi)既知天(tian)经(jing),当止(zhi)此流灾承负万(wan)物也。”“夫灾以(yi)何止(zhi)之,唯(wei)天(tian)师教众贤,使得及上皇气。”“然(ran),宜各(ge)论真(zhen)道于究,各(ge)思初(chu)一(yi),以(yi)自治劳病,即其复优,尽令有(you)之矣(yi)。”“善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)善(shan)哉(zai)(zai)!”“行(xing),真(zhen)人戒事。”

“唯唯,谨(jin)已(yi)敬受四十八部(bu)戒矣。其(qi)行(xing)(xing)道长短云何哉?”“详(xiang)乎(hu)子问也(ye)(ye)。”“不敢(gan)不详(xiang),天道致重,师敕致严(yan),故(gu)敢(gan)不一(yi)二问之(zhi)也(ye)(ye)。”“善(shan)哉,知(zhi)为弟子数,可以通天道意。然天道有三:道应太阳、太阴(yin)、中(zhong)和。优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)行(xing)(xing)外(wai),其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)行(xing)(xing)中(zhong),其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)行(xing)(xing)内(nei),霸(ba)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)无道,但假路三王之(zhi)内(nei)道,最短。天皇大优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)最行(xing)(xing)外(wai),九(jiu)皇共(gong)一(yi)道相次(ci)(ci)(ci),劣者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)在内(nei),其(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)步行(xing)(xing)而不移,其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)微移,其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)微知(zhi);十五帝共(gong)一(yi)中(zhong)道也(ye)(ye),其(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)行(xing)(xing)外(wai),其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)行(xing)(xing)而知(zhi),其(qi)劣者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)行(xing)(xing)而疾也(ye)(ye);三王九(jiu)人,共(gong)一(yi)内(nei)道骑行(xing)(xing),其(qi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)小疾,其(qi)劣者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)驰也(ye)(ye);十五霸(ba)最假内(nei)极(ji)路,其(qi)优者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)飞行(xing)(xing)外(wai),其(qi)中(zhong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)飞而疾,其(qi)劣者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)若(ruo)(ruo)矢也(ye)(ye)。真人知(zhi)之(zhi)乎(hu)?”“善(shan)哉善(shan)哉!”

“真(zhen)人(ren)前,子问此事,何(he)一(yi)(yi)(yi)详也(ye)哉(zai)?”“然,吾初生以(yi)来,怪岁一(yi)(yi)(yi)长一(yi)(yi)(yi)短,日一(yi)(yi)(yi)厚,日一(yi)(yi)(yi)薄(bo),一(yi)(yi)(yi)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)却,不(bu)(bu)及天师(shi)问,恐遂不(bu)(bu)知之(zhi),愿闻其(qi)意。”“善哉(zai),子之(zhi)言也(ye)。然厚者,天之(zhi)日也(ye);其(qi)次厚者,地(di)之(zhi)日也(ye);其(qi)次厚者,人(ren)之(zhi)日也(ye);其(qi)最薄(bo)者,万(wan)物之(zhi)日也(ye)。真(zhen)人(ren)知之(zhi)耶(ye)?”“唯(wei)唯(wei)。”

“行去,勿复竟问。是(shi)者(zhe),子之(zhi)(zhi)私(si)也,非(fei)难为子穷(qiong)说(shuo)之(zhi)(zhi)也,天下会(hui)无以(yi)为,亦(yi)无益(yi)于帝王承负厄会(hui),百姓(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)愁(chou)苦,故(gu)不为子分(fen)别(bie)道耳,不惜之(zhi)(zhi)也。”“唯唯,多犯天师讳,有(you)大过。”“不谦也,乐(le)欲知天上之(zhi)(zhi)事者(zhe),有(you)私(si)乃来,为子悉说(shuo)之(zhi)(zhi)。”“唯唯。”“行去。”
